All of this is great though... both Stephen and Charlene look really good. ^^

Thanks so much; I spent a lot of time colouring the album cover - at one point, Photoshop refused to open the file because it was too big and I had a moment of panic because I didn't want to lose all the work I'd done on it.
The story is excellent, I think. You can find it on the LJ group 'fknwsgenderswap' if you're interested.

This is so beautiful <3 I love the details that make Stephen & Char look related yet distictly themselves. The album cover & snapshot are perfectly 80s & so nostalgic @ sweet. Also- I love documents from stories come to life so that adds a whole other layer of enjoyment for me ^_^ wonderful!

I have a pile of old sewing magazines from the 80's and scoured those for hairspiration (and outfits), actually :D.
These were all a lot of fun to draw - taking Mr. Colbert's features and exaggerating them in one direction or the other (jaw width, eyebrow arch etc.) until there were two distinct faces.
